Your training history

Last updated

Everything you log comes together in your history: sessions, records, and trends per exercise.

Your training history shows your completed sessions and your progress per exercise. It's all built automatically from the workouts you log.

How it works

  1. Open your training history from the Workouts section.
  2. Browse the calendar view to find past sessions.
  3. Tap an exercise for its details: your set log over time, an estimated 1RM line, your volume trend, and a bar chart of the last 30 days.
  4. View the muscle heatmap for the last 30 days to see which areas you've trained.

Good to know

  • Your personal records (PRs) are detected and celebrated automatically the moment you log them.
  • If a lift stays flat for a long time, Moveno may offer a gentle, optional hint with a next step. It's never a "failure".
  • This hint is suppressed or reframed positively if you're in a calorie deficit — holding your strength while cutting is itself a win.
  • The heatmap gets more accurate the more you log, because each exercise knows which muscle groups it works.

Common questions

How are my personal records determined? From your logged sets. Set a new record and Moveno celebrates it automatically in the summary.

Why did I get a hint that a lift is stalling? Because that lift stayed flat for a while. It's an optional suggestion, not a judgment — you can ignore it.

Can anyone else see my history? No. Your training history is private and visible only to you.
