- NewGenerate with AI now builds a full training programme: choose 2 to 6 training days a week and 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks.
- NewSwipe the week strip in your diary to jump a week forward or back.

- NewTurn off the spoken cues during rest if you'd rather not hear them.
