Workouts and training in Moveno
Last updated
Moveno is AI Nutrition & Fitness: it connects your food, your training, and your recovery into one picture.
Alongside logging food, Moveno lets you train too: build and log workouts, follow ready-made programs, have the AI generate a workout, chat with an AI coach, and review your training history. It all lives in the Workouts section of the app.
How it works
- Open Workouts from the app's main navigation (the Workouts tab).
- Build your own workout, pick a ready-made program, or have the AI create one for you.
- Start a workout to run it guided: log your sets, use the rest timer, and celebrate personal records.
- Afterward, review your summary and see your training in your history and on your dashboard.
How training fits with your food
- A completed workout counts as an active day on the same group leaderboard, 7-day challenges, and trophy wall that already count your logged meals — never ranked by weight, volume, or calories.
- You get a "This week in training" card as a third page on your dashboard (swipe past your weight chart) and, on Sunday, a short weekly recap that joins your training, your protein/calorie days, and your weight trend.
- A workout's estimated calories appear only as a label in your summary. They are never added to your eating budget — a deliberate choice, because those estimates are unreliable and your body compensates for most of it on its own.
Good to know
- Workouts are part of your Moveno subscription and your 14-day trial — there is no separate paywall on training. Having the AI generate a workout does have a monthly limit.
- Moveno never prescribes a weight. Programs prescribe structure (which exercises, in what order, how many sets, reps, and rest) and show "last time you did X kg × Y reps" as a reference; you always enter your own weight.
- Rest days are neutral. A day without training is not a failure and is never shown as a fault.
Common questions
Where do I find workouts? In the Workouts section of the app's main navigation.
Does a workout give me more calories to eat? No. A workout's calorie cost is an estimate for information only and is never added to your daily goal.
Does training cost extra? No — workouts are included in your subscription and your free trial. Only the number of AI-generated workouts per month is limited.
