Following a multi-week program
Last updated
A program spreads workouts across several weeks and schedules them on your calendar automatically.
A program is a structured training plan over several weeks, with set workouts each week. You follow one at a time.
How it works
- Open Workouts and choose a program (your own or a ready-made one).
- Assign yourself to the program. Moveno auto-fills your calendar with the planned workouts for the whole duration.
- Check the week strip on the Workouts home to see what's planned this week.
- Tap a planned workout to start it; when you finish, it's marked complete.
- After a week, advance to the program's next week.
Planning and reminders
- When planning, you pick a day and a time slot: morning, midday, or evening (not an exact clock time).
- Turn on notifications and Moveno reminds you 60 minutes and 10 minutes before the planned slot. You can snooze per workout.
- Notifications are optional and ask for your permission first; without them you simply see a quiet marker.
Good to know
- Programs prescribe structure only — which exercises, in what order, with how many sets, reps, rest, and RPE target. They show "last time you did X kg × Y reps" as a reference; you always enter your own weight.
- You can only have one program active at a time. To start a new one, Moveno first asks you to pause or end your current program.
- A deload week is deliberately lighter (fewer sets or a lower RPE target), not an auto-calculated weight.
- Progress is observational: Moveno may gently note when a lift has been flat for a long time, but never shows a "failure".
Common questions
Can I follow two programs at once? No — you follow one at a time. Pause or end the current one to switch.
Why is there no weight in the program? Moveno never prescribes weights. You see your previous weight as a reference and set your own load.
What happens if I miss a planned workout? Nothing bad — there is no penalty. Pick it up later or simply continue with the plan.
