Your privacy rights: access, export and correction

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your data; we handle privacy requests within 30 days.

How it works

  1. To request access (a copy of your data) or a data export, email privacy@moveno.co.
  2. To correct incorrect profile data yourself, edit your profile fields in the app.
  3. For corrections you cannot make in-app, email privacy@moveno.co.
  4. Moveno responds to your request within 30 days.

Good to know

  • Your rights cover: access, rectification (correction), erasure, data portability, and withdrawal of consent.
  • Access and data export (in JSON format) are handled on request via privacy@moveno.cothere is no self-service export button in the app.
  • An export includes your profile, meals, daily summaries, weight entries, food corrections, your own food overrides, your frequent foods, and your consent records.
  • Marketing consent is withdrawn via Cookie Settings; health-data consent is withdrawn by deleting your account.
  • Contact for all privacy requests: privacy@moveno.co; response within 30 days.

How do I get a copy of all my data? Email privacy@moveno.co — exports are provided in JSON on request.

Is there an export button in the app? No — access and export are handled via privacy@moveno.co.

How do I correct incorrect data? Edit your profile in the app, or email privacy@moveno.co for anything you can't change yourself.

How long until I get a response? Within 30 days.

How do I withdraw my consent? Marketing via Cookie Settings; health data by deleting your account.
