Workouts in your groups
Last updated
Share that you trained with your group — without showing a single weight or exercise.
When you finish a workout, it can appear in your groups' feed at activity level: just the workout's name, its duration, and the time. Never the exercises, sets, reps, weights, or calories.
How it works
- Finish a workout. On the summary screen you'll see a share toggle per group.
- Use the toggle to choose which groups your workout appears in (or uncheck all to share nothing).
- In the group feed, members see that you trained. They can react with one of the positive emoji (fire, clap, or muscle).
- Your completed workout also counts as an active day on the leaderboard, the 7-day challenges, and the trophy wall.
Good to know
- The feed shows activity level only — no exercises, weights lifted, or volume. Exactly what you did stays private.
- Reactions are limited to the three positive emoji, just like meals. There are no text comments or negative reactions.
- The share choice works like meals and is always yours; see The feed: sharing meals, privacy, and reactions.
- To share a workout's full layout with someone, use a share code instead — see Sharing a workout by code.
Common questions
Do group members see my weights or exercises? No — never. The group feed only shows that you did a workout, with its name, duration, and time.
How do I react to someone else's workout? Tap one of the three positive emoji under the post. Tap the same one again to remove your reaction.
Do I have to share my workouts? No. Sharing is always your choice, and you can uncheck everything per workout.
