Resetting your password

Locked out of your account? A reset link by email lets you set a new password in just a few taps.

How it works

  1. On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?".
  2. Enter the email address tied to your account.
  3. Tap "Reset Password".
  4. Open the email with the reset link (from noreply@moveno.co).
  5. Follow the link and set a new password.

Good to know

  • This is for when you can't sign in — your current password is not needed here.
  • If you have Moveno installed, the reset link opens directly in the app.
  • Use the same email address you signed up with.
  • Your new password must meet the standard rules: at least 8 characters, at least one letter, and at least one digit.

Common questions

I didn't get a reset email. Make sure you used the email tied to your account, and check your spam folder for a message from noreply@moveno.co.

The reset link opened a browser instead of the app. Install Moveno so the link can open in-app.

I remember my password now and just want to change it. Use Profile → Account → Change password instead (it requires your current password and a verified email).
