Creating your Moveno account

You create your account while setting up the app — and you start right away with 14 days of full Premium, no credit card needed.

How it works

You don't create your account on a separate page; you do it while setting up Moveno. The first screens are completely anonymous, and only the account screen asks for your email and password.

1. Open Moveno and tap "Aan de slag" (Get started) on the welcome screen.
2. Move through the first anonymous intro screens (your goal, common challenges, stories). No account or data is needed yet.
3. On the account screen, enter your email address.
4. Choose a password that meets the rules: at least 8 characters, at least one letter, and at least one digit. A live checklist shows your progress.
5. Confirm your password.
6. Tick the required boxes: terms + privacy statement and health-data consent.
7. The analytics consent box is optional and off by default.
8. Tap "Maak mijn account en start Premium" (Create my account and start Premium).

Sign in with Apple or Google

The account screen may also show Apple and Google buttons. In the current beta build, these buttons may be disabled with a "Binnenkort beschikbaar" ("Coming soon") chip — it depends on the build you're running. If it isn't working yet, simply use email and password. Apple or Google sign-in may become available later in the beta.

Good to know

• The first intro screens are completely anonymous — no data is stored until you create your account.
• Two consents are required (terms + health data). The health-data consent is what unlocks your personalized plan.
• Every new user gets 14 days of Premium, with no credit card.
• The minimum age is 16 (Dutch UAVG Art. 5), checked via your date of birth.
• After sign-up we send a verification email in the background; you can verify whenever it suits you.
• All your data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt) and your session is encrypted on your device.

Common questions

The "Create my account and start Premium" button is greyed out. Check that your password meets all three rules, the confirmation matches, and both required boxes are ticked.

Do I need a credit card to start? No. You get the 14-day Premium trial automatically, with no card.

Why can't a 15-year-old sign up? The minimum age is 16, enforced via your date of birth.

I didn't get the verification email. You can keep using the app and request a new email later from the in-app reminder.
