Payment and billing

You pay Moveno through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Whatever payment method is on that account is used — and your receipts come from Apple or Google.
How it works
- Make sure a valid payment method is on your account: on iPhone via Settings → your name → Payment & Shipping, on Android via Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
- Subscribe from the Moveno paywall; the charge goes through your store account.
- Review charges and receipts in your App Store or Google Play purchase history.
Good to know
- Payments go through Apple Pay / App Store (iPhone) and Google Pay / Google Play (Android).
- You can use iDEAL through the payment settings of your Apple or Google account, where that method is available.
- Renewals, cancellations and billing are handled by Apple or Google.
- Your subscription status syncs across your devices when you're signed in with the same account.
- Receipts and invoices come from Apple or Google, not directly from Moveno.
Common questions
What payment methods does Moveno accept? Whatever is on your Apple ID or Google Play account — for example a credit card, PayPal or store balance, and in the Netherlands often iDEAL via your store account.
Can I pay with iDEAL? Yes, if iDEAL is available in your Apple or Google account payment settings. The payment then runs through that account.
Where do I find my receipt or invoice? In your purchase history: on iPhone via your App Store account, on Android via Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
My payment failed. Check that your payment method is valid and has sufficient funds in your Apple or Google settings, then try again from the paywall.
I was charged but don't see Premium access. Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. If that doesn't work, close and reopen the app or contact support@moveno.co.
