Manage, cancel or restore your subscription

Your paid subscription is managed through Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). You cancel in your device settings; you restore purchases inside Moveno itself.

How it works

Cancel on iPhone:

  1. Open iOS Settings.
  2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
  3. Select Moveno and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel on Android:

  1. Open the Google Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Moveno and tap Cancel.

Restore a purchase:

  1. Open the paywall in Moveno.
  2. Tap Restore purchases.

Good to know

  • Cancellation is done in iOS or Android Settings — Moveno has no in-app cancel button, because Apple and Google require store-mediated subscriptions to be cancelled in the store.
  • Monthly auto-renews monthly; Annual and Founders Year auto-renew yearly.
  • After cancelling you keep access until the end of your paid period — access is not cut off immediately.
  • Restore purchases re-links an existing subscription if you reinstall the app or sign in on another device.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, not by Moveno.
  • Cancelling or letting a plan lapse does not delete your data; re-subscribing restores access instantly.
  • Deleting your Moveno account does NOT cancel your subscription. Apple and Google bill independently — always cancel in your iPhone/Android store settings (steps above) first, even if you plan to delete your account.

Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone via Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Moveno. On Android via the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Moveno.

Why is there no cancel button in the app? Apple and Google don't allow it for subscriptions sold through their store; cancellation must happen in the store settings.

I cancelled but still have access — is that normal? Yes. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

I got a new phone and my subscription is gone. Sign in with the same Apple ID / Google account, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases.

I tapped "Manage subscription" and nothing happened. During the trial there is no store subscription to manage on Android yet, so Moveno opens the store's subscription page instead. Once you have a paid subscription the button works normally.

If I delete my account, does my subscription stop too? No. Deleting your Moveno account removes your data, but it does not cancel your subscription — Apple and Google bill separately from Moveno. Cancel in your iPhone or Android store settings first (steps above), even if you plan to delete your account afterwards.

How do I get a refund? Refunds go through Apple or Google. Request one via your purchase history in the App Store or Google Play.
