Your free trial and the paywall

You start with 14 days of full Premium, completely free. After that you choose a subscription to keep going — your data stays either way.
How it works
- Create your account and answer the onboarding questions.
- On the final screen, tap Start 14-day free trial (the smaller tile).
- Start using the app — every Premium feature is unlocked for 14 days.
- When you have 3 days or fewer left, a reminder banner appears on your dashboard so you can subscribe before access ends.
Good to know
- The trial lasts 14 days and starts automatically when you finish onboarding.
- You don't need a credit card or any payment details to begin.
- The trial does not auto-renew and never charges you — it simply ends after 14 days.
- You get full feature access during the trial — nothing is limited or graduated.
- There is no free version. After the 14 days a paywall appears and you need a subscription to continue.
- The paywall offers four actions: Subscribe, Restore purchases, Delete account and Sign out.
- Note: Delete account removes your Moveno data but does not cancel a paid store subscription — cancel that in your Apple/Google settings (see Manage, cancel or restore your subscription).
- Nothing is deleted when your trial or subscription ends. Your meals, weight and history are kept.
- Subscribing later instantly restores full access to your existing data.
Common questions
Do I really get a free trial? Yes. Every new account automatically gets 14 days of full Premium after onboarding, with no payment details.
Will I be charged automatically when the trial ends? No. The trial does not renew and costs nothing. It ends after 14 days, and only then do you decide whether to subscribe.
How many days do I have left? From 3 days before the end, your dashboard shows a banner: "{{count}} days of Premium left. Keep your access."
My trial ended and I can't use the app. On the paywall, tap Subscribe to choose a plan, or Restore purchases if you've already paid. Your data is waiting once access is restored.
I subscribed but still see the paywall. Tap Restore purchases on the paywall. If that doesn't work, close and reopen the app, or contact support@moveno.co.
