What are Moveno Groups?
Last updated
Groups are small, private spaces where you stay motivated on your nutrition goals together with people you already know.
A Moveno Group is a private space for a handful of people who already know each other — family, friends, or colleagues. Inside a group you can see who logged today, optionally what they ate, and who has been most consistent this week. Groups are optional and private: they are not a public social network, there are no text comments or direct messages, and nobody can find your group from the outside.
Groups are available to anyone with an active account — including during your 14-day free trial and on a paid plan. There is no extra paywall on groups.
How it works
- Open your dashboard (Home).
- Tap the people icon in the dashboard header (to the left of your profile photo).
- On the Groups overview, create a new group or join one with an invite code.
- Tap any group to open it. Every group has three tabs: Leaderboard, Feed, and Members.
Good to know
- Groups are reached via the people icon in the dashboard header — there is no separate Groups tab at the bottom.
- A group is identified by a unique 6-character code (for example ZHY6NE). Group names are just labels and do not have to be unique, so two groups can both be called "Family".
- You can be in up to 10 groups at once. The overview shows a counter, such as 3/10.
- Reactions are limited to three positive emoji: fire, clap, and muscle. There are no text comments, direct messages, or negative reactions.
Common questions
Where do I find Groups? Tap the people icon in the dashboard header, to the left of your profile photo.
Why isn't there a Groups tab at the bottom? Groups live behind the people icon in the header, not in the bottom tab bar.
Can strangers find or join my group? No — groups are private and you only join via the invite code.
Can I post comments or message people in a group? No — only the three positive emoji reactions are available.
