Email links from Moveno: verifying and confirming

Some actions you start in the Moveno app are finished from a link in your email. That link opens a page on moveno.co where you confirm with a single click.

There are two of these pages: one to verify your email address and one to confirm an email-address change. Both pages are currently shown in Dutch only.

Verifying your email address

  1. Open the verification email Moveno sent you.
  2. Tap or click the verification link. It opens the page with the Moveno logo.
  3. On the page titled "Verifieer je e-mailadres" (Verify your email address), click the Verifieer (Verify) button.
  4. Wait while it processes ("Bezig met verifiëren..." — Verifying).
  5. On success you see "E-mail geverifieerd!" (Email verified) — your email is confirmed.
  6. Tap Open Moveno to return to the app.

Confirming an email-address change

  1. Start the email change in the Moveno app.
  2. Open the confirmation email sent to your new address.
  3. Tap or click the link. It opens the page titled "Bevestig je e-mailwijziging" (Confirm your email change).
  4. Click the Bevestigen (Confirm) button.
  5. Wait while it processes ("Bezig met bevestigen..." — Confirming).
  6. On success you see "E-mailadres gewijzigd!" (Email address changed) and can tap Open Moveno.

Good to know

  • Both pages are currently shown in Dutch only. The action is the same: click the green button to confirm.
  • The verification link is single-use and time-limited.
  • On the email-change page, the security token is removed from your browser's address bar as soon as the page loads, so it isn't saved in your history.
  • The Open Moveno button opens the installed app; if the app isn't installed, it sends you to the App Store or Google Play after about 1.5 seconds.

Common questions

"Link verlopen of ongeldig" (Link expired or invalid). The link expired or was already used. Open the Moveno app and request a fresh verification or confirmation email.

"Ongeldige link" (Invalid link). The link is incomplete (often because an email client truncated it). Try the full link again, or request a new one in the app.

"E-mailadres al in gebruik" (Email already in use). The address you tried to switch to is now used by another account. Restart the change in the app with a different address.

I clicked the link in my old inbox. The confirmation for an email change is sent to your new address — open the email there.

I clicked "Open Moveno" but nothing opened. Install the Moveno app first, or use the store link the page falls back to.
